Better question, how did Capitol Color Mail get $17,000,000 in debt to Quad? Why didn't CCM file for bankruptcy. Why did all of the master publishers who were still with CCM get screwed? We did. Some think they are getting a better deal with Quad but wrong again. Are you getting volume discounts? What about perforations? Worlds largest private printer can't ( or won't ) do perfs. How come my little printer in Denver is happy to do perfs.?? Gotta wonder if Quad knows anything about selling coupon advertising. Demographic Select? What a joke.
